Your group is responsible for filling out an action plan sheet to keep track of due dates for each activity. One member of the group will be chosen to be the team leader. This person will make sure that the deadlines are met and the sheet is filled out on a daily basis. All members of the group must initial the plan after completing each task. If any problems arise concerning the action plan, the facilitator should be notified immediately.
