Using Bloom's Taxonomy

  1. Explain (III) the meaning of the three colors of a traffic light.
  2. Imagine (III) that there's a stop sign. What do you do?
  3. Show (III) the meaning of five basic road signs through block play. (Observation)
  4. Relate (IV) the importance of helmets/pads to injuries by asking, "What would happen if you hit your head and had no helmet or pads on?"
  5. Distinguish (IV) the meaning of different road signs by asking, "What does this sign mean?"
  6. Draw (V) where a person should walk on a crosswalk.
  7. Evaluate (VI) whether the speed limit sign means go fast or go slow.
