Library Corner

The students will visit a library website in order to e-mail a children's librarian with requests for "good" books about bicycle safety and road safety. After they receive a response, the teacher will borrow those books from a library and put them in the class library.

The library corner should be available at all times for the students to look at books about road signs and bicycle safety. A list of books is provided in the Resources section of the Facilitator's guide.
